The Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Hasanuddin (Unhas), held a Coordination Meeting for Educational Staff together with the Faculty Leadership on Monday, January 12, 2026. The meeting was attended by the Re-Accreditation Team at the Study Program Management Unit (UPPS) level of the Faculty of Forestry Unhas and served as an initial step in preparing the data and documents required for the upcoming Study Program Re-Accreditation process.
The meeting was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Forestry Unhas, Dr. H. A. Mujetahid M, S.Hut., M.P. In his remarks, the Dean emphasized the importance of active involvement from all elements of the faculty leadership, particularly the Vice Deans and Study Programs, in supporting the re-accreditation process. He underlined that the data used in compiling accreditation documents should not be created from scratch, but rather be based on data previously uploaded during the implementation of the Integrity Zone (ZI), with necessary adjustments to meet accreditation format requirements.
Furthermore, Dr. Mujetahid stressed that academic and student affairs data must be prepared accurately and updated regularly. In the financial sector, budget data have been separated according to the allocation of each division. The target submission date for the Re-Accreditation is set for March 14, 2026, therefore all team members are expected to work in a coordinated manner and adhere strictly to the timeline. For crucial documents, Study Programs in coordination with the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs are required to prepare the Decree on the Establishment of Study Programs, graduate GPA data, graduation rates, and records of academic achievements, which are key indicators in the assessors’ evaluation.
During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Ir. Astuti, S.Hut., M.Si., IPU was appointed as Chair of the Re-Accreditation Team. She also serves as Head of the Quality Assurance and Reputation Enhancement Unit (GPM-PR) of the Faculty of Forestry Unhas. In her presentation, Prof. Astuti explained that the preparation of the Self-Evaluation Report (LED) requires complete and synchronized data aligned with the Study Program Performance Report (LKPS).
“Both the LED and LKPS must be developed based on valid, consistent, and traceable data. Therefore, all submitted data must refer to the specified assessment period and follow the provided formats to ensure an optimal assessment process,” said Prof. Astuti.
She further added that several LKPS tables will be completed through designated links, including additional tables from the Quality Assurance Unit (GPM). For tables that are specific to each Study Program, the structure should remain unchanged, while GPM will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and marking the data that have been completed and deemed adequate.
As a closing point, it was agreed that all Vice Deans and Study Programs within the Faculty of Forestry Unhas are expected to actively participate in the preparation of the LED and LKPS. This collective effort aims to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accreditation standards, in line with the targeted submission date of March 14, 2026.
