Faculty of Forestry Unhas Holds Coordination Meeting for Study Program Re-Accreditation Preparation

Makassar, January 12, 2026 — The Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Hasanuddin (Unhas), held a Coordination Meeting for Educational Staff together with the Faculty Leadership on Monday, January 12, 2026. The meeting was attended by the Re-Accreditation Team at the Study Program Management Unit (UPPS) level and served as an initial step in preparing data and documents required for the Study Program Re-Accreditation process.

The meeting was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Forestry Unhas, Dr. H. A. Mujetahid M., S.Hut., M.P., who emphasized the importance of active involvement from all elements of the faculty leadership, particularly the Vice Deans and Study Programs, in supporting the re-accreditation process. He highlighted that the data used for accreditation documentation would not be compiled from scratch but would refer to data previously uploaded during the Integrity Zone (ZI) implementation, with necessary adjustments to meet accreditation format requirements.

Furthermore, Dr. Mujetahid stressed that academic and student affairs data must be prepared accurately and updated. In the financial aspect, budget data have been separated according to each field’s allocation. The target submission date for the re-accreditation documents has been set for March 14, 2026, therefore all teams are expected to work in a coordinated manner and adhere strictly to the established timeline. Regarding crucial documents, Study Programs in coordination with the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs are required to prepare the Study Program Establishment Decree, graduate GPA data, graduation rates, and records of academic achievements, which are key components in the assessor’s evaluation.

During the meeting, Prof. Dr. Ir. Astuti, S.Hut., M.Si., IPU, Chair of the Quality Assurance and Reputation Enhancement Group (GPM-PR) of the Faculty of Forestry Unhas, was appointed as the Head of the Re-Accreditation Team. In her presentation, Prof. Astuti explained that the preparation of the Self-Evaluation Report (SER/LED) requires complete and synchronized data with the Study Program Performance Report (LKPS).
“The SER and LKPS must be developed based on valid, consistent, and traceable data. Therefore, all data entries must refer to the designated assessment period and follow the prescribed formats to ensure an optimal assessment process,” said Prof. Astuti.

She also added that several LKPS tables will be completed through provided links, including additional tables from the Quality Assurance Group (GPM). For tables specific to each Study Program, the existing structure should remain unchanged, while the GPM will conduct verification and marking of data that have been completed and validated.
As a closing agreement, all Vice Deans and Study Programs within the Faculty of Forestry Unhas are expected to actively participate in the preparation of the SER and LKPS to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accreditation standards, with the submission target set for March 14, 2026.
