“The implementation of lecture activities, academic and student services as well as finances in the implementation process really requires SOPs to be in accordance with established standards. I hope that through this activity SOPs for services that do not yet exist can be implemented and existing ones can be revised and perfected,” explained Prof. Mujetahid .
Furthermore, Prof. Mujetahid said that the SOP could help and facilitate the development of the Unhas Faculty of Forestry’s integrity zone towards a Corruption Free Area (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) because the SOP created at the start would make the assessment process easier.
Present as a resource person, Chair of the Quality Assurance and Reputation Enhancement Group, Faculty of Forestry, Unhas, Dr. Ir. Astuti, S.Hut., M.Si., IPU. delivering material on SOP revisions, creating new SOPs and integration with integrity zones. SOP is one of the most important and main elements in implementing administrative activities and services so that they comply with standards.
“After the integrity zone team of the Faculty of Forestry Unhas carried out benchmarking at Brawijaya University, we got many positive things, both related to the implementation of activities, administrative services and related to the construction of the integrity zone, one of which was the creation of SOPs which were carried out at the beginning so that all lecture and service activity processes were carried out. “in accordance with standards and of course makes it easier to search for documents that are integrated with the construction of integrity zones,” explained Astuti.
Dr. Astuti conveyed several SOP documents required for the lecture and service process and of course integrated with the construction of an integrity zone, namely SOPs for academic and student services, SOPs for administrative services, and SOPs for activities.
Dr. Astuti said that after the SOP was created and completed, monitoring and evaluation would then be carried out.
The activity went smoothly until 12.00 and ended with a group discussion session.
