Tamalanrea-Makassar. Dean of the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University (Unhas), Prof. Dr. Ir. A. Mujetahid M., S.Hut., M.P., IPU. received a visit from students from the Forestry Masters (S2) program, Faculty of Forestry, Lambung Mangkurat University in the context of literature studies. The activity took place starting at 08.30 WITA in the Senate Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Forestry, Unhas Tamalanrea Campus, Makassar, Wednesday (16/4/2025).
Present at this activity were from the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, Prof. Dr. Ir. A. Mujetahid M., S.Hut., M.P., IPU. (Dean of the Faculty of Forestry), Prof. Dr. Ir. Syamsu Rijal, S.Hut., M.Si., IPU. (Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs), Andang Suryana Soma, S.Hut., M.P., Ph.D. (Deputy Dean for Planning and Resources) Syahidah, S.Hut., M.Sc., Ph.D. (Deputy Dean for Partnerships, Research, Innovation and Alumni), Gusmiaty, S.P., M.P. (GPMPR Secretary), Dr. Ir. Sadapotto, M.P. (Chair of the Forestry Department), Ir. Mukrimin, S.Hut., M.P., Ph.D. (Head of the Master of Forestry Science Study Program), Head of Administration and Head of Subdivision, while attending from ULM was Dr. Arfa Agustina Rezekiah, S.Hut., M.P. (Prodi Coordinator) and 18 Master of Forestry students.

In his speech, he expressed his gratitude for the visit of a group of Master of Forestry students from the Faculty of Forestry, Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) in the context of literature studies.
“Thank you for the visit from the Study Program Coordinator and ULM Master of Forestry students. I hope that through this visit, many positive things can be obtained from the Faculty of Forestry Unhas in the future development of ULM,” explained Prof. A. Mujetahid.
On this occasion, ULM Study Program Coordinator, Dr. Arfa Agustina Rezekiah, S.Hut., M.P. In his speech, he expressed his thanks to the dean and leadership of the Faculty of Forestry, Unhas, for the friendly and warm welcome for the presence of the group of ULM Master of Forestry students.
“Our visit aims to study the literature of ULM Master of Forestry students as one of the steps in helping our students in writing their final assignments. Through this visit we really hope for suggestions and input from the Faculty of Forestry regarding this matter so that it can make it easier for our students to complete their final assignments,” explained Arfa Agustina.
Arfa Agustina further said that this visit was not only for literature study, but also to find out about the activities carried out at the Faculty of Forestry Unhas as an effort to develop our university in the future. And we hope that this visit will be the first step in initiating cooperation between Unhas and ULM.
After the speech, the activity was continued with a general overview of the Masters (S2) program in Forestry Science, Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, which was presented directly by the Head of the Masters Study Program, Ir. Mukrimin, S.Hut., M.P., Ph.D.
The activity continued smoothly until 12.00 WITA, ending with discussions and group photos.
