Faculty of Forestry Unhas Holds SKP Assistance Program for All Civil Servants

Makassar — The Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Hasanuddin (Unhas), conducted an Assistance Program for the Completion of Employee Performance Targets (Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai/SKP) for all Civil Servants (PNS) within the faculty, covering lecturers and administrative staff. The activity was held on Wednesday, 28 January 2026, from 09.00 to 12.00 WITA, at the Faculty of Forestry Senate Room.

This program was organized as part of efforts to strengthen the management of ASN performance in accordance with Regulation of the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) Number 6 of 2022 and the implementation of Regulation of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Permendiktisaintek) Number 23 of 2025. The activity aimed to ensure that all civil servants understand the procedures for planning, evaluating, and reporting SKP in compliance with applicable regulations.

The Head of the Forestry Department, Dr. Ir. Andi Sadapotto, MP., emphasized the importance of this assistance program in creating a shared understanding among civil servants regarding performance management.

“SKP is a key instrument in evaluating ASN performance. Therefore, all civil servants, both lecturers and administrative staff, must have a clear and accurate understanding of how to prepare SKP in line with institutional targets and regulatory standards,” he stated.

During the session, participants were also informed of several key provisions, including that the preparation and evaluation of the 2025 SKP must be completed no later than 25 January 2026. The results of the fourth-quarter evaluation (October–December 2025) will serve as the basis for the disbursement of Performance Allowances for the first quarter of 2026 (January–March). Failure to complete the SKP will result in the performance-based allowance component (70 percent) being set to zero.

Technical assistance on SKP completion was delivered by Muhammad Supriadi, S.Kom., who provided a detailed explanation of the system-based SKP input process and addressed common technical challenges faced by participants. He highlighted the importance of alignment between performance planning and actual performance realization to ensure accurate evaluation outcomes.

Through this activity, the Faculty of Forestry Unhas reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing the performance and professionalism of all civil servants, both lecturers and administrative staff, while ensuring that ASN performance management is implemented in an accountable, measurable, and regulation-compliant manner.
