Tamalanrea-Makassar. Dean of the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University (Unhas), Dr. Ir. A. Mujetahid M., S.Hut., M.P., IPU. received a visit from Nurlela Komalasari, S.Hut., M.Sc. (Public Relations Staff) Directorate General of Forestry Planning and Environmental Management (PKTL) of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) in the context of monitoring cooperation in the field of forestry planning. The activity took place starting at 10.00 WITA in the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Forestry, Unhas Tamalanrea Campus, Makassar, Thursday (12/9/2024).
Also present at this activity was the Secretary of the Quality Assurance and Reputation Enhancement Group (GPMPR) of the Faculty of Forestry, Unhas, Gusmiaty, S.P., M.P. and Head of Partnership, Research, Innovation and Alumni Subdivision, Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, Saunuddin, S.T.
Starting the activity, Nurlela Komalasari, S.Hut., M.Sc. In his speech, he conveyed the aims and objectives of the Unhas Faculty of Forestry, namely to monitor collaborative activities in the field of forestry and environmental planning with Hasanuddin University.
“Thank you, Dean of the Faculty of Forestry, Unhas, for welcoming us well. The purpose of our visit is to carry out monitoring and monitoring of collaborative activities with Unhas, in this case the Faculty of Forestry. We do this because it is based on cooperation between Unhas and the Directorate General of Forestry Planning and Environmental Management which was signed directly by the Director General of PKTL and WR 4 which was witnessed directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, regarding the implementation of the tridharma of higher education in the field of forestry and environmental planning, so we need to monitor and monitoring to see the development of this collaboration,” said Nurlela Komalasari. .
Some of the scope of cooperation between the Directorate General of PKTL, KLHK and Unhas is the exchange and capacity building of human resources, development and utilization of methods, studies, technology and infrastructure, monitoring and evaluation of planning and environmental management activities.

In his speech he expressed his gratitude for the arrival of Nurlela Komalasari, S.Hut., M.Sc. in order to monitor domestic cooperation activities with Unhas, in this case the implementation of higher education tridharma activities in the field of planning and environmental management.
“I hope that the monitoring of this collaborative activity carried out by the Directorate General of PKTL can provide good input for our institution regarding the implementation of collaborative activities between the Faculty of Forestry Unhas and the Directorate General of PKTL,” explained A. Mujetahid.
A. Mujetahid further said that the monitoring results from the Directorate General of PKTL could encourage this cooperation to be better in the future and produce better input and output for both parties.
Based on monitoring of cooperation activities between the Directorate General of PKTL and Unhas, in this case the Faculty of Forestry, Unhas, it was found that this cooperation was going well, this was proven by cooperation programs such as sending experts from the Faculty of Forestry, participation in activities of both parties, requests and deliveries MBKM student internships are going well.
