Tamalanrea-Makassar. The Faculty of Forestry of Hasanuddin University (Unhas) welcomed a visit from the Faculty of Forestry of Tadulako University (Untad) for a joint discussion on financial planning and management at State Universities with Legal Entities (PTNBH). The event began at 10:00 a.m. WITA in the Senate Room, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Forestry, Unhas Tamalanrea Campus, Makassar, on Monday (8/12/2025).
The Dean of the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, Prof. Dr. Ir. A. Mujetahid M., S.Hut., M.P., IPU., accompanied by the leadership, warmly welcomed the visit of the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, Dr. Ir. Ariyanti, S.Hut., M.P., and his entourage.
Starting the activity, Prof. Dr. Ir. A. Mujetahid M., S.Hut., M.P., IPU. in his remarks expressed his gratitude for the visit of the Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance of the Faculty of Forestry, Untad, along with the group for a joint discussion regarding the financial planning and management system at PTNBH.
“I hope that the information needed in this case regarding financial planning and management at PTNBH can be obtained at the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, to be applied and implemented at the Faculty of Forestry, Tadika University,” explained Prof. A. Mujetahid.
Furthermore, Prof. A. Mujetahid said that the financial income of the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, is not only from the state, but also from many other sources, including cooperation, research and management of the KHDTK Educational Forest of the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University.
On the same occasion, the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance of the Faculty of Forestry, Untad, Dr. Ir. Ariyanti, S.Hut., M.P., expressed her gratitude for the warm welcome she and her entourage received.
“Thank you to the leadership and academic community of the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, for welcoming us warmly and kindly. This visit aims to learn and seek information regarding financial planning and management at the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, which has PTNBH status, as our faculty has been requested by the rector to become a PTNBH,” explained Ariyanti.
Furthermore, Dr. Ariyanti said that our financial management facilities still need to be improved so we hope that through this visit there will be input from the Faculty of Forestry, Unhas, which is already a PTNBH regarding financial management.
After the welcoming speech, the activity continued with a presentation of material related to the planning and financial management of the Faculty of Forestry, Unhas, presented by the Deputy Dean for Planning and Resources, Andang Suryana Soma, S.Hut., M.P., Ph.D.
Andang Suryana Soma stated that the funding sources for the Faculty of Forestry at Hasanuddin University are not only from the state or the state budget, but also from the Single Tuition Fee (UKT), academic services, collaboration income, and research and community service grants.
