Makassar. The Forest Conservation Study Program, Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, held a workshop on developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Competency Strengthening Course (MKPK). The event took place at the Aston Hotel and Convention Center in Makassar on Sunday (August 31, 2025).
Present as speakers were Prof. Makkarennu, S.Hut., M.Si., Ph.D. (Head of the Sub-Directorate of Independent Learning, Unhas) and Prof. Dr. Ir. Syamsu Rijal, S.Hut., M.Si., IPU. (Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Faculty of Forestry, Unhas).
The event was attended by lecturers, laboratory assistants, and staff from the Forest Conservation Study Program, Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University. The output of this event was a draft of the MKPK Technical Guidelines, which will soon be refined for dissemination to the Forest Conservation Study Program’s 2023 intake.
