Evaluation Meeting of Educational Staff and Preparation for the Assessment of the Integrity Zone Towards a Corruption-Free Area at the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University

Tamalanrea-Makassar. The Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University (Unhas), through its Planning and Resources Division, routinely held an evaluation meeting for its Education Personnel (Tendik). The meeting began at 2:00 p.m. WITA in the BKD Room, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Forestry, Unhas Tamalanrea Campus, Makassar, on Thursday (August 28, 2025).

Starting the activity, the Head of the Administrative Section of the Faculty of Forestry, Unhas, Ruth Eppi Lobo, S.Sos., M.M. on this occasion conveyed regarding the monitoring and evaluation of the attendance and performance of each educational staff.

“Starting this month, we will implement a reward and punishment system for educational staff performance by displaying photos of the best and worst staff. We are doing this to improve staff performance and discipline at work,” explained Ruth Eppi.

Ruth Eppi Lobo further stated that she hopes that the performance of the Faculty of Forestry staff at Hasanuddin University, whose performance is still lacking, will be further improved, and that those whose performance is already good will be maintained and improved if possible.

On the same occasion, the Deputy Dean for Planning and Resources of the Faculty of Forestry, Unhas, Andang Suryana Soma, S.Hut., M.P., Ph.D. conveyed several matters related to the preparation of the integrity zone assessment towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK), one of which is cleanliness.

“Cleanliness is one of the integrity zone assessments. I hope the leadership, lecturers, education staff, and cleaning services will work together to maintain the cleanliness of our faculty, our workplace, and our students’ learning spaces. Because cleanliness will provide a sense of comfort in working and studying,” explained Andang Suryana Soma.

Andang Suryana Soma said that the presence of this integrity zone has brought about significant changes in the Faculty of Forestry, starting from cleanliness, discipline among the staff in working, and togetherness in building this faculty to be better. These changes are quite noticeable.

“Keep up the good work, fellow education staff, and give your best to our faculty. We sincerely hope that the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, can pass the integrity zone assessment toward WBK,” explained Andang Suryana Soma.
