The Faculty of Forestry of Hasanuddin University (Unhas) underwent an internal audit of the Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 by the Unhas Audit Team. The activity took place starting at 14.00 WITA in the Senate Room, 2nd Floor of the Faculty of Forestry, Unhas Tamalanrea Campus, Makassar, Wednesday (6/18/2025).
Also present were the leadership of the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs (Prof. Dr. Ir. Syamsu Rijal, S.Hut., M.Sc., IPU.), Vice Dean for Planning and Resources (Andang Suryana Soma, S.Hut., M.P., Ph.D.), Vice Dean for Partnership, Research, Innovation and Alumni (Syahidah, S.Hut., M.Sc., Ph.D.), Head of the Quality Assurance and Reputation Improvement Group (Prof. Dr. Ir. Astuti, S.Hut., M.Sc., IPU.), Head of the Administration Section (Ruth Eppi Lobo, S.Sos., M.M.) and the Heads of Sub-Sections from each work unit.
ISO 9001:2015 Internal Quality Audit is conducted with the aim of ensuring that the documents that have been created are appropriate and in line with those implemented.
Starting the activity, the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs of the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, Prof. Dr. Ir. Syamsu Rijal, S.Hut., M.Si., IPU. in his speech expressed his gratitude to the auditors of Hasanuddin University for their presence in conducting audits of each work unit within the Faculty of Forestry.
“Thank you to the Unhas auditors for their presence in conducting the audit, I hope for constructive input from the auditors to improve the documents that have been made by each work unit to be better,” explained Prof. Syamsu Rijal.
After the opening, the activity was continued with assistance for internal quality audits in each work unit within the Faculty of Forestry, Unhas by Unhas internal auditors, namely Prof. Dahlang Tahir, S.Si., M.Si. and Dr. Ir. M. Yahya, ST., M.Eng.
The activity went smoothly until 16.00 WITA and ended with a group photo.
