In order to optimize the reporting of Lecturer Workload (BKD) in 2021 for educators in the scope of the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University, Faculty of Forestry held a socialization on “Operational Guidelines for Lecturer Workload BKD) Year 2021 “by presenting Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Nasaruddin Salam, MT (Secretary of Hasanuddin University) as a resource. This activity took place offline at 14.00 WITA in the hall of the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University (5/5)
Dr. A. Mujetahid, Dean of the Faculty of Forestry Unhas as well as acting as a moderator for this activity expressed his gratitude to Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Nasaruddin Salam, MT (Secretary of Hasanuddin University) for his willingness to attend as a resource person at this activity to convey and explain the 2021 Lecturer Work Guidelines (BKD).
In connection with the implementation of the Independent Campus Learning Policy (MBKM) which reduces the administrative burden of lecturers, simplifies documents Lecturer careers in an integrated system, and lecturer performance oriented towards minimum output output so as to support the achievement of the Main Performance Indicators (IKU) of the institution.
Based on this Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Nasaruddin Salam, MT delivered several explanations related to the Operational Guidelines for Lecturer Workloads (PO BKD) in 2021
“Some Operational Guidelines for Lecturer Workloads (PO BKD) in 2021, namely, PO BKD in 2021 began to be applied in Higher Education at the end of the even semester 2020/2021 (June 2021) and no later than Odd Semester 2021/2022 (February 2022), then each lecturer needs to complete the Lecturer Performance Plan (RKD) and Lecturer Performance Report (LKD) through the Integrated Resource Information System (SISTER) page of their respective Higher Education Institutions. -Each, then the Higher Education reports the recapitulation of LKD assessments in November each year to the Director of Resources, and the last one is to update and ensure that the BKD assessors data are in accordance with the data on PDDIKTI and SISTER “, explained Prof. Dr. Ir. Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Nasaruddin Salam, MT said that there are several obligations that must be carried out by lecturers with the positions of Head Lector and Professor, namely writing textbooks / textbooks or scientific publications, for lecturers with the position of Head Lector, they must produce at least three scientific papers published in an accredited national journal while lecturers with professorship must write at least one textbook or textbook and at least three scientific papers published in international journals.
