Tamalanrea-Makassar. The Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University (Unhas) held a leadership meeting to discuss administration and service preparations for the arrival of inbound and outbound students as well as professors from several universities in various countries. The activity took place starting at 11.00 WITA in the Senate Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Forestry, Unhas Tamalanrea Campus, Makassar, Thursday (13/3/2025).
Starting the activities of the Dean of the Faculty of Forestry, Unhas, Prof. Dr. Ir. A. Mujetahid M., S.Hut., M.P. In his speech, he said that in accepting inbound and outbound students as well as professors, thorough preparations need to be made so that the administrative process and services provided can be maximized.
“Based on the evaluation of the implementation of inbound and outbound students last year which was less than optimal, this year initial preparations need to be made to support success and provide maximum service for inbound and outbound participants at the Faculty of Forestry, Hasanuddin University,” said Prof. Mujetahid.
Furthermore, Prof. A. Mujetahid said that he hopes that this year the target of Main Performance Indicators (IKU) for Inbound and Outbound Students and professors can be achieved easily and the results can exceed the target.
After the welcoming speech, the activity continued with a presentation of the number of inbound and outbound students and professors from each work unit within the Faculty of Forestry, Unhas.
The Forestry Engineering Study Program (Prodi) will present 4 inbound students from UiTM Malaysia, the Forest Conservation Study Program and Forestry Science Doctoral Study Program as many as 10 people and 5 lecturers from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, while from the Partnership, Research and Innovation Sector there are 7 people from Malaysia.
